Greenville is the biggest market I serve, and it keeps me busy on both sides of the business. The established neighborhoods around the city have mature yards that need real drainage work and hardscape — retaining walls, patios, and french drains that move water off the property instead of letting it sit against the house. Newer builds on the edges of town need grading, sod, and beds to finish them off. Whatever end of that you’re on, it’s still me showing up with my own machine.
A lot of Greenville’s older lots have grading that sends water the wrong way. I regrade and drain them so the yard works with the weather, not against it.
