Clemson’s terrain makes water the main character. A lot of lots run toward Lake Hartwell on clay-heavy, sloped ground, so erosion control and drainage are constant needs — swales, french drains, retaining walls that hold a bank, and regrading to keep soil where it belongs. I also do the grading, clearing, and landscaping that go with rental properties and family homes around town. Right-sized machine, right-sized jobs.
